Become an Event Sponsor at any of the events

Show your commitment to local art and culture and become a sponsor today.  Sponsorship starts at just $300 per event date and includes an exhibitor booth in a prime booth location and enhanced marketing support both online and at the event(s).   Sponsorship for events in Estes Park or on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder or in Vail or at the Fort Collins Art Festival start at $550 per day and can be applied for below.   The Sponsorhip package for the other events in 2026 start at $300 per day.

Our sponsorship packages include a booth at the event with a prime location as well as your company logo on our website and print advertisements, mention on social media, several acknowledgements on the music stage, and various other entitlements..  Custom sponsorship packages are also available, so don't hesitate to contact us to learn more about the entitlements and benefits of becoming an event sponsor.  Please note that if you are looking to sponsor a 2 day event, then you would enter the number 2 below.

Electricity - Electricity is available at all the events except there is not electric available at the ARTumn Festival in Crested Butte.

If you have applied for an event with a Jury Fee then we will need to view your work.  You can either refer us to a website or email us digital photos to [email protected].  If that does not work for you then you can regular mail us photos or notify us of your situation.  This requirement can be waived only if we know you from past shows.

Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions of Colorado Events and acknowledge that I have read and will adhere to the rules and regulations governing participation in Colorado Events festivals. I acknowledge that a refund will not be granted for inclement weather or other reasons. We don’t guarantee product sales, attendance, weather, or exclusivity of any product or service. I understand and agree that Colorado Events, its officers, directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, municipalities, and affiliated organizations shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in any Colorado Events festival, including but not limited to schedule changes, adverse weather conditions, acts of nature, public safety situations, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the event organizers. If I cancel 60 days or more prior to the event, a company credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Colorado Events. No credits or refunds will be issued within 60 days of the event. I understand that I participate at my own risk and am solely responsible for my merchandise, equipment, booth setup, and personal property. Colorado Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. I agree to release and hold harmless Colorado Events, its officers, staff, partners, venues, municipalities, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation, including personal injury, property damage, product liability, or food-related issues. I am responsible for complying with all applicable state, county, and local licensing, tax, and regulatory requirements, including sales tax collection and remittance. Food vendors must meet all health department regulations and provide required permits.
Colorado Events reserves the right to approve or deny any application, product category. I agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks. Any issues must be addressed directly with Colorado Events.
