This registration is for the 2025 series of Art Festivals, Outdoor Markets, Holiday Craft Fairs, & Special Events.

Please review the vendor information packets prior to applying. The vendor information includes the pricing and details for each event. This can found on our website on the page “Vendor Info” or can also be found by clicking here. Once you’re on that page you click on the event logo for whichever event you are interested in, and you can download and view the vendor information for that show.

We are sold of Permanent Jewelry spaces for the events in Union Station, Estes Park, and on the Pearl Steet Mall in Boulder. Other non permanent jewelry vendors are welcome to apply.

The below online application looks lengthy but it is quick and easy to get registered.

After you have reviewed that vendor information, you should scroll down and select the event dates that you are applying for. The below application may look lengthy but it is quick and easy to apply, just select your event dates and enrollment choices that interest you and then fill out the bottom registration information at the bottom of the page. Please answer all of the required questions below. You will need to pay either the appropriate exhibitor fee, jury fee, or deposit fee, at the time of registration. Online applications require a credit or debit card payment. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the spaces are filled. Booth locations are at the discretion of Colorado Events and is based on the product you are selling, the number of events you participate in, and how early you apply. If you want to guarantee a specific booth location request, then you should select the pick your booth location option. If you are applying for an Art or Craft Festival then please be aware that all work must be of original design and all items sold must be handmade. Pre-manufactured, mass produced, or commercial products will be not be considered. These events requires an application fee that must be paid at the time of applying. If you are accepted into the show then you will be sent an acceptance email and an invoice for the exhibitor fee. If you are applying for a juried event, then you can either choose to pay $20 to apply for just that one event, or you can pay $25 one time and apply to as many juried events as you wish in 2025. Your exhibitor booth reservation will be complete after the vendor fee is paid in full. On the lower portion of the application, you will also have the option to rent a canopy tent, reserve a double booth, add electricity, or choose your booth location at the events.

Become an Event Sponsor at any of the events

Show your commitment to local art and culture and become a sponsor today. Sponsorship starts at just $300 per event date and includes an exhibitor booth in a prime booth location and enhanced marketing support both online and at the event(s). Sponsorship for events in Cheesman Park or on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder or in Estes Park or in Vail or at the Fort Collins Art Festival start at $500 per day and can be applied for below. Our sponsorship packages include a booth at the event with a prime location as well as your company logo on our website and print advertisements, mention on social media, several acknowledgements on the music stage, and various other entitlements.. Custom sponsorship packages are also available, so don't hesitate to contact us to learn more about the entitlements and benefits of becoming an event sponsor. Please note that if you are looking to sponsor a 2 day event, then you would enter the number 2 below.

Electricity - Electricity is available at all the events except there is not electric available at the ARTumn Festival in Crested Butte.

If you have applied for an event with a Jury Fee then we will need to view your work. You can either refer us to a website or email us digital photos to [email protected]. If that does not work for you then you can regular mail us photos or notify us of your situation. This requirement can be waived only if we know you from past shows.

Yes I agree to the terms and conditions of Colorado Events. Acknowledgment that you agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of Colorado Events. It is agreed that Colorado Events is not liable for any injuries, schedule changes, adverse weather or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged item at any of its events. I acknowledge that a refund will not be granted for inclement weather or other reasons. We don’t guarantee product sales, attendance, weather, or exclusivity of any product or service I understand and agree to these terms and expressly waive any rights to credit card charge backs as a means to mediate disputes. Please note that we do not give refunds, if an exhibitor cancels a show 60 days prior to the event, then we will issue a company credit. I agree to relinquish all claims I may have against Colorado Events, its officers and employees and any other business or governmental agency affiliated with its events... Colorado Events reserves the right to cancel booth reservation and refund all fees if exhibitor is duplicating products or services already provided, or if the exhibitor does not fit our vision and mission statement.
