Become an event sponsor at any of the events

Show your commitment to local art and culture and become a sponsor today.  Sponsorship starts at just $300 per event date and includes an exhibitor booth in a prime booth location and enhanced marketing support both online and at the event(s).   Sponsorship for events on the Downtown pedestrian Malls (16th Street Mall in Denver or Old Town Square in Fort Collins or the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder) and the Handmade in Colorado Expo series of events and Manitou Springs and Grand Lake, start at $500 per day and can be applied for below.   Custom sponsorship packages are also available, so don't hesitate to contact us to learn more about the entitlements and benefits of becoming an event sponsor.

Optional add ons for your exhibitor booth for all events

The below optional add ons are based on daily fees, so the number you enter is based on the number of individual event dates you would like to add on these options.  For example, if you are registering for a 2 day event, you would enter the number 2.

Pick your booth location

(Only available for vendors that participate in all days of an event.  For example if an event is a 2 day show, you must be a vendor at both days in order to choose this option.)       If you are participating in a 2 day event, then you would enter the number 2 below and if you are participating in a 3 day show, you would enter the number 3 below.  You will be able to choose your booth location from any of the available locations at the event(s) that you are registering for.

If you have applied for an event with a Jury Fee then we will need to view your work.  You can either refer us to a website or email us digital photos to [email protected].  If that does not work for you then you can regular mail us photos or notify us of your situation.  This requirement can be waived only if we know you from past shows.

Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions of Colorado Events. Acknowledgment that you agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of Colorado Events. It is agreed that Colorado Events is not liable for any injuries, schedule changes, adverse weather or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged item at any of its events. I acknowledge that if an event date or multiple dates are cancelled then we will offer you the option to have either a full future event credit valid for 1 full year a partial refund of 50% of the vendor fee paid. If you are interested in obtaining a full refund you should consider purchasing the Purchase Protection found on our online application. If an event is not cancelled but you cannot or choose to not participate in the event or multiple events that you registered for, then we will not issue a refund but we will issue a company credit as long as the cancellation request is received within 45 days of the event date(s). Refunds will not be granted for inclement weather or other acts of nature. We do not guarantee product sales, attendance, weather, or exclusivity of any product or service I understand and agree to these terms and expressly waive any rights to credit card charge backs as a means to mediate disputes. I agree to relinquish all claims I may have against Colorado Events, its officers and employees and any other business or governmental agency affiliated with its events. Colorado Events reserves the right to cancel booth reservation and refund all fees if exhibitor is duplicating products or services already provided, or if the exhibitor does not fit our vision and mission statement.

Optional Purchase Protection - Available for the event fees you are paying on this application. This does not apply to vendor fees for the juried shows that will be paid in the future via an invoice that we send you after acceptance into those events.RECOMMENDED
